Denali Tiller
"Denali Tiller is an artist and award-winning filmmaker working in non-fiction forms. She directed and produced Tre Maison Dasan, a feature length documentary about three boys who have parents in prison. Denali is currently producing a large-scale impact campaign for the film with partners in 12 states and three countries, engaging communities affected by incarceration around the world. In 2015, Denali was named one of 110 “Filmmakers to Watch” by Variety Magazine. She has associate-produced short content in Uganda, Ghana and Tanzania with the US Agency for International Development, and has taught at Alvarez High School and the Rhode Island School of Design in Providence. As a director, Denali is passionate about exploring new perspectives on systemic issues and empowering youth. Denali was a proud intern at KNME New Mexico PBS in the summer of 2014."
