Ruiz, Otilio

“Otilio Ruiz was born in Pacho Nuevo, Veracruz in Mexico. He started singing at the age of five and he picked up his first instrument at the age of 11. Later he learned and studied guitar, viola, violin and most other instruments with strings. He is the recipient of a Creative Bravos Award.” – The Albuquerque Journal
