March 24, 2017 – Albuquerque residents are dealing with construction along Central avenue for the new Albuquerque Rapid Transit (ART) project. The controversial bus line started last year before full funding arrived from the federal government. The project is not in President Trump’s proposed budget. What could that mean for the city?
