The Line: Do Distracted Driving Laws Work?

September 29, 2017 – A recently published article in the Santa Fe Reporter takes a close look at the effectiveness of city and state laws that prohibit texting or talking on hand-held cell phones while behind the wheel.  Gene Grant and the Line panelists use the article as a springboard to debate the practicality of enforcing laws aimed at curbing distracted driving.
