When, Not If, Special Session Should Happen | The Line

March 27, 2020 –  Gene Grant and The Line opinion panel debate the best way to go about a legislative special session that is surely inevitable. Should it be held before the new fiscal year in July? There are also health concerns about holding a special session soon after an outbreak, but holding a special session entirely through remote access might not be constitutional. The Line panelists offer their insights and informed opinions.
