Top Ten Stories of 2021 Part 2 & Environmental Musings

This week on New Mexico in Focus, we wrap up our countdown of the top stories of 2021, with a special Line opinion panel of working journalists from across the state. Host Gene Grant and the group begin with the fifth biggest story of the year, and work down to the top story of the year. No surprise, the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic will make an appearance or two on this list.

Also this week, Environment Reporter Laura Paskus reached out to many of her sources from the last several years to get thoughts and reflections on where we are as a state in combating climate change and setting some goals for 2022 and beyond. New Mexico in Focus returns in 2022 with brand new episodes and don’t forget you can stream the show anytime on the PBS App.
