100th Burning of Zozobra
8.30.2024 – For the 100th consecutive year, tens of thousands of New Mexicans will gather in Fort Marcy Park to burn away their troubles, in the form of a 50-foot monster named Old Man Gloom. Lou DiVizio speaks with event chair Ray Sandoval about its significance for New Mexicans and how this milestone event is being celebrated.
