New Mexico First, a public policy organization, recently highlighted progress and areas of needed development in key issues in our state. NMiF producer Sarah Gustavus sits down with Heather Balas and Peter Winograd to talk about the findings in the New Mexico Progress Report.
Correspondent Stan Wilson sits down with State Representative Patricio Ruiloba to get his take on community policing. Rep. Ruiloba is also a retired APD officer. He tells us about his experiences working the streets and what he believes officers need to effectively do their jobs and build relationships in the communities they serve.
