Former Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano stopped by the NMPBS studios today to talk the biggest threats to Homeland Security today, as well as her new book, “How Safe Are We?: Homeland Security since 9/11.” We asked her about the weekend mass shootings at an El Paso, Texas Wal-Mart and whether or not she thinks the government should treat white supremacist groups as terrorist organizations.
