Legislative Election Update | The Line

October 25, 2019 – Gene Grant and The Line opinion panel look at New Mexico’s House and Senate primary races, with an eye towards House Democrats who have announced they won’t run again and the list of Democratic Senators who have drawn primary opposition. Will Republicans pick up any of these seats? Will Progressive Democrats unseat more conservative party members who voted against repealing an abortion ban that’s on New Mexico books but unenforceable due to current federal law?
