April 16, 2021 – Among the top priorities for New Mexico State Rep. Angelica Rubio, D-Las Cruces, are social justice and the environment. She talks about the intersection of these two issues and why they’re important to all New Mexicans. She also discusses the recent New Mexico legislative session and what needs to happen during the interim and next year, when legislators turn their focus to the state budget.
