The Line: Business Owners Come Out Against Rapid Transit Plan
January 22, 2016 – A group of Albuquerque business owners who oppose the city’s plan for creating a bus rapid transit line down Central Avenue started the process this week to attempt to recall new city council member Pat Davis. The reason they gave was that Councilor Davis has not opposed the mayor’s plan for the controversial Albuquerque Rapid Transit system. We will bring you different perspectives on this proposal this spring on New Mexico in Focus.
This week, host Gene Grant leads a discussion on the recall effort and public opinion about the rapid transit plan.
