The Line: Controversial Water Permit Proposal

October 7, 2016 – A water permit request currently under consideration by the state is likely to face fierce opposition from environmental groups and some local communities. The Santa Fe New Mexican reports this week that Wild Earth Guardians has filed a protest against the permit submitted by Augustin Plains Ranch.  Host Gene Grant leads a debate about water rights and conservation with this week’s Line opinion panelists.
