The Line: March 27, 2015

The 2015 regular legislative session ended recently. Lawmakers on both sides blame the other party for the low number of bills that passed this year. Many headlines in the local media included the word “bitter” to describe the political climate at the Roundhouse this session.

Host Gene Grant sat down with former state lawmakers Janice Arnold-Jones, (R -State Representative), Dede Feldman (D – State Senator), Dan Foley (RR – House Minority Whip), and Eric Griego(D – State Senator).  The panelists discussed the tone of politics this year, bills that did not make it through the legislature and bills that are now headed to the governor’s desk.
